Vehicle Details This 1955 Pontiac Star Chief runs as good as it looks. The Original V-8 runs strong and has been rebuilt with less than 5,000 miles on her. Engine compartment looks completely factory except for the addition of the Vintage Air Conditioning. The car has power steering, power brakes, two tone leather seats, hidden radio, manual windows, automatic transmission, column shift, and air conditioning. It has been retrofitted with a modern 4 speed automatic transmission. Car runs great, is reliable, and rides super smooth. There are no major leaks in engine or transmission (old cars always seep something). The car was recently serviced and is always garage kept. Interior is sporting leather upholstery that is soft as can be with no wear or defects. Body and undercarriage are rust free and shows nicely. Paint is older but still looks great and shows well. It is a real head turner. It has some chips and marks on it but nothing more than a car that is driven should have. All the stainless trim is in mint condition with no dents or scratches. All body panels fit as they should and works. There Fuel gauge is the only thing on this car that needs repairs(have not looked at it so it could be the sending unit or gauge). This car is a dream to drive as runs and rides great. The owner is downsizing his collection and has a clean title in hand. Inspections are welcomed and encouraged.
