This auction is for a 1955 Chevy 3100 pick-up. I am re-listing this truck because of a non-paying bidder. A guy from Mississippi came down to get the truck and thought he could just put a new carburetor on and fire the truck up. After I explained its probably not going to work, the guy got mad and left.
This truck Does Not Start.
This truck Does Not Run.
This truck will Not turn-over for you in my drive way.
This truck will need to be restored from the frame up. I have taken pictures of all the obvious problems. I"m sure there is more, please look at the last few frame pictures carefully.
I bought the truck to measure under the dash for another project truck I have. I had no intention on restoring this truck but had to do a few things to get it to rolling status, so I could move it around.
Because this truck didn"t have any rims or tires when I bought it, I was forced to put a new set on.
4- Brand new Vision rims
4- Brand new Lizette street tires
4- Brand new Aluminum wheel spacers
Because the Cab floor was rusted away and I needed to measure under the dash I tack-welded a new floor pan and kick panels in.
The Engine is a 205 In-line 6 cylinder. The transmission is a 3 speed on the tree.
All the engine components are present and accounted for.
All the transmission components are also present and accounted for.
This truck is in rolling condition and I can help the buyer load it on a car carrier during the weekends.
Buyer must arrange shipping of this truck, I do not have a car trailer.
I have a Bill-of-Sale for the farmer I bought the truck from and I will write a Ga Bill-of-Sale to the Buyer of this truck.
