For sale my 1955 two door post chevy This a very solid local southern car that only needs interior to complete. All the hard and expensive work has been done. I purchased in a multi car deal from a local collector that was thinning his collection. The 55 has a 350 engine with a 700r4 automatic. Engine runs great and trans shifts smooth. It needs a lockout converter switch installed. It has 4 wheel disc brakes, with new tires and American Racing wheels. The shifter is a B and M. Has a new vintage air that blows ice cold. The dash has new instrument gages and a new tilt steering column. The cooling system has a new aluminum radiator that keeps engine cool. I have all the original interior including seats and door panels. I also have a lot of new interior hardware. All new glass with new weather stripping throughout. Windows are lightly tinted and really goes with the medium silver paint. The paint is super slick and shiny, only small paint or clear coat blemish on hood. I do have a quart of paint that has code numbers on it. The post 2 dr is ready for interior and would be a super nice head turning tri 5 ride. Do not miss out on this very solid classic.
