Vehicle description

Selling a 1954 Packard 4-door sedan. 81-yr old owner has gone to a nursing home. Body is solid with only surface rust except for one area in passenger side floorboard. Has two dents in body that are hardly noticeable. The chrome is in pretty good condition with only minor pitting. The Swan hood ornament looks good. Most of the glass is in good condition with minor hazing. All of the hubcaps are there but have some scratches and dents. The tires are dry rotted. This was a luxury car in 1954 that competed with Cadillac and Lincoln. Car has factory air conditioning and power windows. 327 cubic-inch straight eight engine. I was told that the engine was running when it was moved to his garage about 25 years ago. The radiator was rebuilt several years ago by AutoCool in Smyrna, GA. No title, but in Georgia and several other states you can get a license plate with a "bill of sale". This car would be a good candidate for a "rat rod".
