No reserve auction, so bid to win this classic Olds 98 hardtop.
Complete 1954 Oldsmobile Holiday 98 Deluxe 2-door hardtop. I have all hood and trunk stainless for the car. Power windows and power brakes.
Motor is a 324-V8 Rocket with HydraMatic transmission. Motor turns.
Body is overall solid for it age. There is a small area in front of the LH rear wheel well that needs addressed (see photo)and an old repair below the trunk that will need addressed. Floors are solid, as is the trunk. Body is straight down both sides. Gutters are rock solid. Doors shut effortlessly and latch like new. The interior is original but needs restored. The car has an old trailer hitch that was installed in the 1960"s. All glass is complete and intact. Taillamps were removed by previous owner, however, I have a set of nice taillamp assemblies that go with the car. The front passenger tire is now a good blackwall as the old one stopped holding air. There is a NOS spare in the trunk that looks new and goes with the car.
Chrome and stainless is straight and nice, except for a couple of pieces that have some dents. Bumpers and grille are complete but will need restored and rechromed. A good, complete car for restoration. I have a lot of extra NOS and used parts that can be had if you are the successful bidder.
I have a clear NC title in my name.
Buyer is responsible for arranging all transportation. The car is not road-worthy. It rolls fine and can be pushed onto your trailer.
