1953 Studebaker Champion Starlite Coupe. . No Reserve!
Pretty much an original old car, flathead 6 cylinder, 3 speed with overdrive. Runs good, shifts fine, stops great.
New brakes, several recipes for work done. Great driver car. Older restoration was done, paint is not to bad. Interior is okay, seat covers over original seats etc. tires are like new. It has had a some rust in the floor and trunk area that have been patched up, but rockers, fenders, cowl and doors are nice and appear to have never been rusty, or patched up. Doors, hood, and trunk open and close as they should, no sag or drag.
I do have the correct air cleaner, extra 3 speed overdrive transmission, and starter. It is missing the radio. For some reason the car does have a "54 Grille I don"t know why. . the car was a late "53 build date, maybe that"s why?
The car is not perfect, but it ain"t bad price reflects that. NO TRADES, sorry I"m out of room so something has to go. . The car runs, stops and drives like an old car.
This car not a rust bucket or has it ever been a rust bucket like a lot of these cars can be. This car is straight and VERY solid, the body sheet metal seems to be good, except for the few little spots I mentioned.
This car is a perfect candidate to leave alone and have fun with, or restore.

take it. When you park it someplace you just stand back and watch the crowd gather.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of auction close. Balance is due before or at time of
pick up in cash or by bank wire transfer before the car leaves my site.
