Vehicle description
1953 Nash Rambler Custom Series 5310 Country Club hard top coupe, in partially restored condition!
Any and all offers are welcome!
Purchased on 6/1/17 for 4,500$ with intentions to fully restore this eye-catching classic vehicle. The total invested into this gem is $9,058 ~$4,500 for the Nash, $4,558 in repairs~
- Vehicle has current registration and inspection.
-Have ALL of the credit card detailed statements and copies of my bank statement checks as proof of the money put into her and hoping to sell her to someone who will restore this beauty. Asking only $6,777 or B/O.
-She has all brand new tires for $1,000 via Universal Vintage Tires.
-She"s got her original chrome trim refurbished for $2,000 at Niagara Custom Plating. The chrome is wrapped and in storage. It"s not on the car because I don"t want to put in on, then potentially get it scratched when removed by myself or you, prior to the rust and paint being finished. However, I"ll be glad to unwrap it and take pics for you if you"d like.
-She also has a brand new master cylinder for $355 at Pep Boys.
-Lastly, most of the exterior and some on the interior (the interior doors) rust repaired for $1,200 at Zeon"s Automotive.
-Had every intention to have the rust work finished, as well as a great quality paint job and the interior totally restored. However, due to unforeseen financial issues, had to stop the rust work from being completed and can no longer finish her restoration.
-Has not been driven much or long distances but she seems to run great! Engine in great condition and transmission is very good; they"ve been well maintained.
-A Few negative and positive things: the front seats are not the original seating, but they are in very good condition. No rips, tears, etc.
All manual windows work.
Have the handles, taillights, and so forth, they just aren"t on the car in the pictures but in storage with the chrome.
The left front tire has deflated, as seen in the picture. It"s totally brand new, so I believe it just needs a new valve which will get fixed asap. Just haven"t been able to drive her to a shop to get fixed due to the snowy weather we"ve had here for the past 2 weeks, as well as Christmas. .
-Please feel free to ask any and all questions you may have. I"ll do my best to answer them.
Thank you!
