Vehicle description

1953 Nash Rambler hard top coupe!
Purchased on 6/1/17 for 4,500$ with intentions to fully restore this eye-catching classic vehicle.
She has 4 brand new tires for $1,000/250$ each via Universal Vintage Tires. (I maybe put 30 miles on these tires at most.)
She"s got all of her original chrome trim refurbished for $2,000 at Niagara Custom Plating. - The chrome is wrapped and in storage and not on the car because I don"t want to put in on, then potentially getting it scratched when removed by myself or you, prior to the rust and paint being finished-
She also has a brand new master cylinder for $355 at Pep Boys.
Lastly, I had most of the exterior and some on the interior (the interior doors) rust repaired for $1,200 at Zeon"s Automotive.
I had every intention to have the rust work finished, as well as a great quality paint job and the interior totally restored. However, due to unforeseen financial issues, I had to stop the rust work from being completed and can no longer finish her full restoration.
The total I"ve invested into this gem is $9,058 (not including the sales tax when purchasing her)
$4,500 for the Nash and $4,558 in repairs.
I do have ALL of the credit card detailed statements and copies of my bank statement checks as proof of the money I"ve put into her and I"m hoping to sell her to someone who will restore this beauty and am asking only $6,777 or B/O.
I have driven her and she seems to run great! However, since I have not driven her long distances, I"m not sure if picking her up and driving a long way (as in driving across the country) is a good idea or not- that"s your call. Plus, with the crazy snow fall in the Buffalo/Niagara area, it would be risky attempting to drive her in snow, given that she wasn"t designed to be driven in such weather conditions.
I think it"s best to have her shipped via auto transport by truck or train, until you"re sure that she can drive very well for many miles at a time.
You can pick her up if you don"t have that long of a distance to drive, but shipping her still may be the best way to go. It"s all up to you though. I want you to be 100% sure that all I"ve stated is 100% true to the best of my knowledge.
A few negative and positive things I"ve been told and/or know about this Nash: the front seats are not the original seating is what I"ve been told, but hey are in decent condition. I haven"t notice any tips, tears, etc. All manual windows work. I do have the handles (which are restored) and taillights, they just aren"t on the car in the pictures. The left front tire has deflated, as seen in the picture. It"s brand new, so I believe it just needs a new stem which I will get fixed ASAP prior to selling. I just haven"t been able to drive her to a shop to get fixed due to the snowy weather we"ve had here for the past week.
Please feel free to ask any and all questions you may have. I"ll do my best to answer them.
Thank you!
