| “Nice Metro body with a clear title. Some rust in usual spots for a Metro but not too bad. The interior panels have been removed but are all there, and stored inside. The top and front have been stripped to metal but it has always been stored inside and has no surface rust. Missing engine, transmission, grill pieces, gauges and seat. This is a pretty good Metro all around. The title states 53 however I was told on facebook that it is actually a 61 or 62 according to the body number. I have not confirmed either so it goes with 1953 on the title.” |

This is a great Metro rolling body. It has some rust in the usual spots for a Metro, but not bad. It"s in pretty good shape over all. The interior body is in good shape, including the floor and inner fenders. The interior panels were removed before I purchased it. I was told, and it appears they have all been marked and are still with the Metro, even the screws. I have photos of each and every panel that goes with this Metro. The top and front were taken to the metal prior to my purchase. It has, and is still stored inside so the metal is still clean and shiny with no surface rust. I had to admit this is too much of a project for me, so it needs to go to someone else. I don"t know everything about Metros so please feel free to ask any questions to clarify my post before you bid.
