Vehicle description

Up for auction is my 1953 Dodge Power Wagon. I bought this truck six years ago. I really don"t want to sell it, but I am working on another Power Wagon right now. This truck has the correct flathead 6 motor (T137-32426), but I am not sure if it is the original motor. I think it is though. The T137 is the correct engine number prefix for the Dodge Power Wagon. This Power Wagon was used in the Navy and still has its Navy numbers on the truck. It has a really cool patina look to it. This truck has the rare rear shock mounts too! I wanted to restore the drivetrain and leave the paint the way it is. Just about everything is there and what was missing I have found for the truck. The worst part about the truck is that the bottom of the cab was cut in the back under the seat by the previous owner to fit an automatic transmission?!? Not sure why they cut it like that, but I have another Power Wagon cab that comes with it. The floor in the other cab is perfect. The third member on the rear axle is missing and the rear crossmember is rusted pretty bad. I am including a rolling Power Wagon chassis for the transfer case (with levers), correct transmission, good axles, and good frame to help fix those problems. The bed is in good shape and very hard to find for one of these trucks! Truck comes with headlights, cowl lights, drive shafts, extra gas tank, side emblems, seat, floor pieces, and some extra brackets. All I had was a bill of sale when I bought the truck so I did all the hard work with the DMV and have a CLEAN PINK in my name. The truck was vin verified by CHP (California Highway Patrol) and I even registered and insured this truck for a year! After the year was up I put the Power Wagon on non-op with DMV. Which means no problems with registration or title when you are done building this Dodge Power Wagon! No reserve auction! Call (559) 760-6321 for more info. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
