Vehicle description

1952 Willys M38 Jeep Vin#62451
The last of the true flat fender Jeeps. The M38 was used in the Korean War and was built from 1950-1952, with only 45,000 produced. It"s predecessor the WWII Willys MB/GPW had a massive production run of 650,000. The more rare and desirable M38 had many improvements over it"s predecessor. Major upgrades included a heavier duty chassis, the water fording ventilation system and a waterproof 24 volt electrical system.
This fully restored M38 carries it"s original body. Fully restored both cosmetically and mechanically to new, this Willys is a joy to drive. It carries a 30 caliber machine gun (non operational) and mount. Besides being the finest M38 around it also has a very desirable Warn overdrive unit for increased driveability.
*This is a real Willys Army Jeep, not an imposter or a put together civilian tribute Jeep restored to a military look. This is a M38 from Jeep & Willys people with a combined 70+ yrs of experience*
