Vehicle description
1952 Willys Jeepster. Jeep offered these as a sport 2 Wheel-drive vehicle for family fun. a convertible with side curtains.
Intstead of roll up widows, ads showing kids using side steps and jumping into back seat, which folds down for luggage and picnic baskets. I recently purchased this jeep, but another classic I was interested in has come available after a sale went south. The Willys Has been in storage a number of years so needed to be brought up to road worthy condition. Still a 6 volt with upgraded electric wipers, new tires, minor brake work, new king pins, some electrical all gauges work etc….this is the L-6 161 c.i flathead with /OD. I’ll add a few pictures with top up and side curtains, recently purchased a new top boot costing 250.00 and waiting for snap tool to arrive to finish. Chrome With orginal chrome but straight. To see restored jeepsters check ones on offered by jeepsterjim…offered as older amateur restoration I consider this as a 5’ car that shows an older paint job, looks to be a single repaint on orginal yellow. Lots of eyeball….
Even though I’ve got another classic in mind I’d be open to a trade for a interesting classic if the right rig was offered. feel free to Contact . fiveo3 75two o77one.
Sold as is, where is. No warranty implied. Seller reserves right to end auction for local sale. Buyer pays shipping/transportation costs. $500 deposit within 24 hours. Full payment within 3 days or as agreed to between seller and buyer. Cash upon pickup or bank wire transfer
