For sale a very clean 1952 Chevrolet 3100 1/2 ton Advance Design pickup truck. This truck is a former California oil field truck with little to no rust. This is an all stock, original metal, 6cyl 216 engine and "3 on the tree" manual transmission on the column. The truck runs and drives great, with its original low range farm and ranch gearing. This truck has an older restoration that includes replaced suspension/springs, replaced brakes (new lines, master/slave cylinders, linings), new window glass, replaced electrical wiring, dent repairs, replaced bed and bed floor. Tires are near new. This is a very straight and clean original truck with original GM steel fenders, running boards, hood, grill, bumper, cab. All 6 volt electrical systems work but the gas gage is intermittent. The truck drives well but will occasionally slip out of 3rd gear on the highway. Included are many spare/extra parts including a KBA coded 216 engine, generator, starter, carburetors, flywheel, clutch, brake parts, heater, spare stock wheels, and interior seat upholstery kit. This Chevrolet is the iconic American truck and is ready for someone to refresh and finish the restoration and show.
