Vehicle description
Up for sale I have my 1952 Chevy street rod / rat rod. It has a nice straight and rust free body with old black lacquer paint that still shines very well and has all kinds of patina. The rear bumper is nice and the front is driver quality. The rest of the chrome and stainless is very nice on this car. The bright red interior is fresh and looks good with the black exterior. It has a Chassis Engineering front and rear suspension. The wheels are custom made 17x8 reversed rally wheels with stock style hubcaps from Wheel Vintiques. Engine is probably one of the last 235"s GM ever made, date coded Dec 12 1963. Its bored 60 over with Clifford pistons, A Howard hydraulic cam, shaved and slightly ported head, Clifford intake with two weber 2brl carburetors. It also has a Fenton split manifold with dual exhaust. The transmission is a T5 five speed and the rear is from a 1993 Blazer 4x4 with a 3:42 gear. The speedometer and all the gauges work as they should and are accurate. The inner fender wells and adjoining parts, radiator support, all the brackets, vent tubes and wheels have been powder coated. The car runs and drives very good and to me it has a good look to it. It runs at 70-75 mph comfortably and has gotten up to 26 mpg. I"ve been on quite a few long trips with it. There"s approximately 8000 miles since completed. Fly in and drive it home. Any questions give me a call. George 423-213-0170. Thanks.
