This very original 1951 Ford Custom Tutor in sportsman green with its original tan carpet and upholstery. This car has been kept in supreme condition since new and having only clocked just over 45000 miles since new it is a beauty! Nice manuals and records accompany the vehicle. Starts up super easy and runs like a finely tuned sewing machine. The most recent owner has had it in his collection after walking by it at a show several years ago and recognizing it as the exact replica to his first car (He had to have it) of course he wouldn"t be able to acquire it for what the original cost him ($275). Everything works including the self winding FORD Stem in dash clock and the FoMoCo Radio converted to receive both AM and FM signals. Like his original he opted to covert it to true dual exhaust using the very same kit (still available today) as he used back then. Other nice upgrades include a balanced drive shaft offering smooth HWY driving speeds and upgraded steering box/adapter using a Volvo 140 box (operates wonderfully). Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
