1951 Chevy 3600 short bed stake bed. New Mexico truck, Three owners. 62 Chevy 235 six under the hood. Engine runs strong. Clutch and SM420 transmission work perfectly. Original stake bed wood and Chevy stake bed hardware included. New brakes, Shoes, cylinders, master cylinder. New steel rims (Original split-rims included) New Firestone tires. Horn, headlights, and break lights operate. Needs parking break installed. Still 6 Volt. 6 Volt battery is finicky. Needs a jump periodically.
The truck always attracts attention. Lots of waves and smiles. Plus, works like a regular pick-up. I have been using it for heavy loads. We will be sad to see it go.
