Not many of these Baby Lincolns were produced, making them especially desirable to collectors and enthusiasts. This Lincoln has only had two-owners and has undergone a complete restoration to make it a solid and reliable driver for the next owner. If you want to enjoy a classic car that few others have, then look no further! Lincoln, which would become a major competitor to luxury brands such as Cadillac, Duesenberg, Pierce Arrow and others, was founded in 1917 by Henry M. Leland who had previously been with Cadillac Motors. Ford acquired Lincoln out of receivership in 1923. The exterior of this Baby Lincoln is amazing. Painted in Champagne Fizz, it truly shines in the sun. All chrome, trim and bright work is flawless. Not pitted. Paint has a few Arizona rock chips, but clean and smooth and professionally shot. Under the hood lies the original, 337 cubic-inch flathead V8, originally rated at 255 horsepower, which is plenty to power this Lincoln down the highway. The engine has been rebuilt about 10 years ago and is updated with to accept un lead premium fuel. It breathes through a new exhaust system, is cooled by a new radiator, and is backed by the 4 speed hydramatic automatic transmission. Other recent mechanical work includes fresh brakes, wiring, and a new gas tank. The car has been fully restored, with the engine and transmission only having less than 4,000 miles on the rebuild. The interior is just as nice as the outside, and when you open the doors, you’ll be treated to a luxurious and comfortable tan and brown leather bench seats. Sitting behind the wheel, you look through all-new glass, and with an aftermarket radio that is inlaid in to the ventage air tray, you’ll be able to enjoy some tunes while cruising around in this car. The power trunk lid opener makes it easy to get into the finished trunk compartment where there is enough space for what ever you need to take with you. Riding on a 121-inch wheelbase and sitting on a rebuilt suspension with springs and shocks, and rolling on new tires, this Baby Lincoln floats down the road, and has a comfortable ride to compliment the vintage exterior. Options on this car include AM/FM radio, power trunk, leather interior, and radial white wall tires. If you want a rare classic that will be a one-of-a-kind showpiece, then look no further! All Lincoln automobiles from this era make good collector cars. For one thing, the production numbers for Lincoln were not near to what mainstream less expensive vehicles were. Lincoln’s history is filled with highly sought after American-made luxury classics. Call us today, 480-256-1459. And be sure to checkout our YouTube channel with a full walkaround and driving video!
