1950 DeSoto Suburban 3 row seats suicide doors. Extremely rare only a few hundred produced in 1950. Car has only light rust, rockers and floor boards are solid, Has rust through in the spare tire pit. We had the car running last year but it will not start now. I replaced every thing in the fuel system at that time. This included cleaning gas tank and fuel lines. Installed new fuel pump. Motor did smoke some and the fluid drive transmission will not hold fluid. Brakes and clutch work. Car comes with a spare motor and transmission. If I were to keep it, I am going to have the spare motor and transmisson rebuilt to replace current. I have known this car since 1970 and it all ways has been kept inside. I do have a clear title. Car comes with many spare parts including (4) doors, trunk lid, hood, bumpers, dash, steering column, seats, SS trim, grill. spare glass, many mechanical parts, etc. You will need room for (2) cars to transport all. Back interior has laminated wood in seat backs and around trunk cavity that is still in good shape. Left front fender has dent in it and there are several glass that need to be replaced. Have all parts for luggage rack on top. Odometer reads 9234, mileage unknown. This car would be a great complete restoration project or could be converted to rat rod type crusier.
