PLEASE- READ the entire description. See video below. 1950 Chevrolet HOT ROD 3100 series 1/2 ton, short bed pickup. FORD POWERED 351W, C6 automatic, and a 9" rear. This truck runs and drives very nice; smooth and straight down the road. It"s also quite fast and gets a ton of attention at car shows. Engine/Transmission
Small block FORD 351 .060" over (362ci), World Products Windsor Sr. 200cc heads 824-53040 , Comp Cams XE Retro k35-424-8 roller cam, 1.6 stainless roller rockers, Sportsman forged CNC I-beam rods, CNC balanced rotating assembly. AHC coated headers, Edelbrock 750 manual choke carburetor and aluminum intake. PMGR mini starter. Runs strong with good oil pressure. Builder estimate 400+hp but no documentation. Ford C6 3-speed automatic transmission. B&M 2200-2600 converter. Side exit full dual exhaust has an aggressive tone. New 4 row heavy duty radiator, runs cool with no overheating issues. Body/Cab/Box
Truck is a solid South Dakota farm truck . Original green paint. Exceptional patina with no bondo or patches . Has small dents, dings, scratches but is a solid truck. No patch panels. Floors, cowls, cab mounts are solid. Only the driver side cab corner has rust through. The doors open and close very nice. Tinted side and rear glass. Has new side window weatherstrip. Treated plywood bed, stained black. Under bed fuel tank. Interior
Original bench seat freshly reupholstered with original style brown vinyl . The seat back was modified and made 2.5" thinner for more space, also with added lumbar. Very nice dash and trim. Original steering wheel. B&M F loor shifter. Full working Dolphin gauges and multi color tach. Electric wipers. Adjustable proportioning valve and key ignition are at the base of the driver seat. New chrome visor brackets, and inside visors. All new wiring. Chassis
Original 1/2 ton frame with TCI Mustang II IFS front. leaf spring rear with lowering blocks. Disk brake front, drum rear. 9" Ford truck rear axle, 3.25 gears with a 28 spline mini spool. 15" painted steel wheels with chrome caps and rings. There is no horn. No heat/AC. No headliner. The rear axle leaves a drop of oil occasionally. Has approximately 4900 miles since build. It"s fast and fun, ready to cruise! Clear WI title in my name and matching VIN.
