I am listing the truck for a friend. Attractive rust free, straight and solid 1950 Chevy short box for sale. The truck was restored a while back and has had very little use since that time, mostly under a cover in the garage. All the mechanical parts were replaced, or rebuilt. The doors, fenders and other body panels are original to the truck and are totally rust free. The original floor pan is rust free. The glass is clear with no cracks, new window seals, including cab and door seals were replaced. The truck is roadworthy as near as I can tell from the inspection that was done a couple of months ago. The motor starts on the first turn and runs great, there are no oil, or coolant leaks, no overheating issues. The charging system is 12 volt. The trans is quiet and the column shifter is tight and shifts smooth through all the gears. The clutch has been replaced with no clutch chatter, or slipping issues. The steering is tight and steers easily. The doors open and close with ease, the windows go down and back up very easy. The tires are correct for the year of the truck and are like new condition. The lights and dash lights work, the seat is very comfortable. Thank you very much for your time looking the old truck over. You know the drill.
