1950 Buick Special, Model 41D, This is a magnificent 70 year old vehicle that runs, drives, stops excellent.
115 hp, 6 passenger four door sedanFireball straight 8 engine. Manual transmission ("3 on the tree") All original, no modifications, restored in mid-80s, everything works 100%
I am fourth owner and it comes with a great track record from the time it left the dealership, down to us. Comes with MSRP sheet, purchase contract, pictures of previous owners, all paperwork that would come with the vehicle when new such as owners manual. It is just an extraordinary amount of history. It was appraised for $16,500 in January 2019 and Classic insurance company insured it for $18,000. Not expecting that kind of offers, I"m ok at less. These values are a reference by professionals so that you can be confident this is legitimately a good vehicle. The appraisal will go with the vehicle for the next owner to have.
Understanding this is an original 70 year old beauty, the engine leaks just a bit of oil, but considering it"s an intact engine, that is minimal. Paint is 40 years old so it will show minimal imperfections really up close. (nose to the metal close) New brakes, new battery, new radiator, white sidewall radial tires and spare as of 2019 Excellent interior, headliner is in perfect shape along with the rest of the upholstery. Current clean title and insured.
