About this vehicle This 1949 Mercury Capri is a modified vehicle with updates to the interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle needs work and is not regularly driven. Seller"s Notes This is a non-driving, untitled project car. Exterior 1949 Mercury coupe. No title. I don’t have one, can’t get one, won’t try to get one. Car will be sold as is, where is, with no warranties implied or expressed. I will provide a bill of sale.I traded for this several months ago, but I have too many projects and code enforcement stopped by last week. This car does not currently run, but the prior owner said that it does. The Mercury body was removed from its original chassis and is now sitting on a GM g body chassis. I believe it’s actually an Olds Cutlass chassis. The body will need to be welded to the G body floorpan.As you can see, the car is missing some parts. I have no fenders, radiator surround, or grille. No rear trunk lid. No glass. I do have the rear fender/skirts, and front bumper that are not shown in the pictures.These cars are hard to find, especially at this lie price. car will be sold no reserve.Car will need to be towed/shipped.
