This wonderful 1949 Ford Club Coupe features its original flat head v8 engine paired with a manual "3 on the tree" transmission. This hot rod is all stock with the only noted rust being a little under the floor board and on the rear bumper, however the rest of the car remains free of rust after 71 years! Car runs and drives great, awesome around town cruiser and will happily do 55 mph on the freeway no problem.
I had a new set of white wall tires recently put on and did many upgrades to make the car more reliable. These include rebuilding the generator, replacing the mufflers, adding new belts, rebuilding the carburetor, and having the radiator boiled out.
Car is missing trunk latch, however trunk has always stayed closed going down road. Rear dome lights are missing as well. Turn signals are not operational at this time.
This car may not win any races but it will turn many heads and have you cruising in style!
