About this vehicle This 1949 Chevrolet Styleline is an original. The owner has had it for 5 years. The vehicle needs work. Seller"s Notes None Vehicle Details 1949 Chevy Sports Coupe Gasser Project. No motor, No transmission. Original rear axe. Speedway front straight axle kit (front axle is only mocked up and to roll the car around). V8 motor mounts installed. No steering column. New manual steering box and pitman arm. Brand new Torque Thrust wheels. New tires. Please see pictures for condition of car. Appears to have never had any bodywork. Does have usual and common rust but not as drastic as most. Bottom of doors are thin. Floor pans are above average but do need some patching or replaced depending on your own standards. Trunk pans are fairly good with exception of spare tire well. All other rust is shown in pictures. This is a project car. Not much of the work has been done other than removing original engine, transmission front suspension. I have the title to this car. But, it was signed and notarized by previous owner and never transferred. I also have a Bill of sale from previous owner. Car is currently hibernating in an enclosed storage unit. It can remain there until buyer picks up the car. Anything longer than 45 days I will have to ask winner of auction to pay $100.00 per month for storage fees. I will help assist loading at location of the car or will work with you if you are hiring a transporter. Other than that, the car is being sold as is, where is. Winner of the auction is asked to pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the auction. Rest is do within thirty days or at time of pickup, whichever comes first.
