About this vehicle This 1949 Chevrolet 3100 is a project vehicle. The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle needs work. Seller"s Notes I have a car trailer and can deliver for a fee. Vehicle Details 1949 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup. Bill of Sale only! I do not have a title. This auction is for the truck body, bed, and frame. There is no drivetrain in this truck. No engine, no trans. The floors are rusted out of the cab. The bedsides have a lot of surface rust, so does the tailgate. I have previously sandblasted the tailgate, but never got to prime it. It is very solid. The fenders are mostly good except for some holes at the bottoms. The cab isn’t rusted through on the corners. This truck is obviously in very rough condition, but the main components are there and solid. I’ve pulled the truck onto a trailer twice, and dragged it around my property with a 4 wheeler a few times. For a never restored 70 year old vehicle, this truck is pretty decent. It has its serial number tag inside the door. This is what was used before VIN tags. I do not have a title for this vehicle. I did speak with the DMV bc I was curious about the serial # vs VIN.
