1948 Chrysler New Yorker L head 8 Cylinder engine 3 Speed Fluid Drive Transmission Plaid and Burgundy plush interior undercarriage rust free Motor Runs incredible no smoke on startup or running down the road Transmission is tight and works as it should steering and brakes are all tight and it tracks very well Monster white wall tires are in good condition Paint is shiny and vibrant Chrome is all good with very little wear showing Has 66000 Miles on her and is believed to be mostly original survivor although it shows some light restoration in areas with no wear, This is a very nice example of these cars turn key ready to travel.
The Bad: The driver front seat was attacked by some type of critter while in storage although its very repairable it its the only deficiency it really has. this could be repaired on a contigent agreement by me if someone needed assistance in getting it done for a reasonable cost. but it is being sold as it is shown otherwise.
Buy a great better than average car for short money, you will not be disappointed.
