Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1948 Buick Roadmaster is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle needs work and is not regularly driven. Seller"s Notes Sold on bill of sale only. Car came out of the Northeast US, and sat outdoors for some time. Looks to have been sequoia cream over blue in its heyday. Will help load. Buyer pays shipping. Exterior This is a project car for somebody with metal skills that wants this bodystyle for a custom or hot rod. All of the convertible parts are there. Even the tub trim around the convertible top area is there. Does not run, start, turn over, or propel itself under its own power in any way, shape, or form. If gravity gets ahold of it, brakes have no pressure or fluid. . or moving parts! I have not tried to spin the motor over. I could oil it up and try it you really want to know. I have several parts cars, (sedans) to pull parts off of should you think of something you need. I have a rear bumper, another hood, extra rear fenders, door pontoons, and a proper 48 steering wheel that will need restored. The price for a convertible of this vintage is pretty cheap. Parts I know are missing: radiator, window mechanisms, floor, seat frames (I have a 49 Roadmaster front seat that I will throw in if you are so inclined.), and most of the side stainless trim pieces. No reserve! Engine 320 ci straight right Created on the Motors app
