The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details 1947 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible All Steel body and factory frame Ford 4.6L SOHC modular V8 Iron Romeo block. Factory short block with new oil pump. Romeo PI aluminum heads and stock PI cams with ARP cam bolts. Heads completely fresh with light surfacing, all new guides, viton valve seals, valve job, PAC springs, Chromoly retainers and new lash adjusters. ARP Head studs and Ford Performance MLS head gaskets. Pro-Products polished intake manifold Accufab polished intake and Throttle body with 3” v-band clamp Brand new Forced Induction Billet S3 66/73 turbo with race cover and .81 A/R T4 exhaust housing. Integrated 44mm wastegate welded into the exhaust housing. Currently makes 10 psi on wastegate spring. Air to Air intercooler New Ford timing guides and modified steel tensioners, TFS timing chains and crank gear. 4R70W with Sonnax forward drum. Alto red clutches and steels. J-Mod, Sonnax sure-cure valve body kit, HD 2,500 stall converter with lock up. Tail shaft bearing pressure lube modification. Holley HP EFI with smart coils, custom coil mounting and professional wiring. Electronic pressure and temp sensors for Fuel pressure, oil pressure, coolant temp, manifold air temp, turbo back pressure with custom billet buffer canister, transmission temp, 3 bar MAP and FAST TPS. Holley 7” Touch Screen Dash US Shift Quick 4 Transmission controller On-board electric vacuum pump for brakes, wipers. Stock exhaust manifolds with complete custom stainless turbo hot side and stainless exhaust. 3” Downpipe with custom merge to 2 magnaflow 2.5” mufflers and stainless tailpipes. 3” Aluminum charge piping with 50mm On3 BOV. PST driveshaft Custom Firecore plug wires GM 8.5” 10 bolt limited slip rear with welded tubes and leaf spring conversion. 3.73 gears and solid crush sleeve spacer with all new bearings and seals. AMC Pacer independent front suspension with large AMC spindles and Marauder brakes, rack & pinion power steering with custom made hoses. Column shifter with custom modifications to use new edge mustang shifter cable. Tanks Inc. poly fuel tank with in-tank Walbro 340 pump and sending unit. Stainless access panel to fuel pump through the trunk. Ford Racing 43 lb/hr injectors Fore Billet fuel rails with braided stainless Fragola hoses and fittings. Holley EFI boost reference pressure regulator. Electric trunk release via remote Trunk mounted battery in a sealed / vented box. Electric radiator fan controlled by the Holley ECU Derale stacked plate transmission cooler I drive the car as much as I can. It runs and drives absolutely amazing and is a blast to play with. The power top is in good shape but rarely ever up and starting to shrink. Needs a couple snaps fixed or replaced. Interior is in great shape but could use a few minor touch ups. Power split bench front seats with seat belts for 5 people. The center frame X has been modified to where the bottom 1/2 un-bolts for easy access to remove transmission.
