Vehicle description
Selling my 1947 ford cabover with a 1938-1940 hood/grill. I bought this 6 weeks ago and unfortunately I have to let it go. I have to relocate and have no place to put it. I have not done any work to the truck. It is in the same condition I bought it. The truck has a clean title and the previous owner has signed as seller. I have not re-titled the truck. The pics are taken the day of the listing. There are not many of these left anymore and most of the ones left are rusted through. The previous owner said the engine is a ford 330. I don"t know the condition of the engine but it is in the truck. The rear end is a Dana 70HD, the front axel is a ford f550. The previous owner has rust encapsulated the frame. The cab is in good condition. The cab corners have been replaced, the cab has been sandblasted and primed. Not pictured is new glass still packed in the box it came in. Included is a cart the previous owner made to attach the cab to while not on the frame. Seats are also included and have been reupholstered. There is a new dakota digital gauge cluster with electronics. Also have a box of handles, bolts, fittings ect. The bed is hydraulic but the previous owner hasn"t hooked it up or done anything with it. Feel free to ask questions. Everything I have will go with the sale. I will not part out or give away, but will entertain serious offers. I also have it listed locally.
Shipping: Buyer responsible for arranging shipping. The vehicle does not move under its own power and has no brakes. For comparison I had it shipped from North Carolina to Alabama for about $800
