Here is a 1946 Ford Convertible all steel car with the 1947 hood and fenders for the custom and better look. This car was built with all the best and new parts with no short cuts. It is not the first car built in this shop as their as been over 50 street rods built here and many satisfied customers. Here is a partial list of what is put in to this car. 302 (5.0)FORD rebuilt long block AOD overdrive transmission Maverick Rear with new 3;55 gears Chassis engineering Mustang Front suspension G.M. Front brakes and calipers with drum brakes on the rear Sway bars on front and rear Power windows and the POWER CONVERTIBLE TOP Paint is a base coat clear coat color Tucson with gold pin stripping Grill, Dash, and front bumper are all new from Bob DRAKE Rear bumper is new from Bumper Boys The convertible top was ordered new with MERCEDES material Bob Drake windshield with 2 speed wipers This car has had the NSRA safety inspection and it starts runs drives and stops EXCELLENT The sound coming from the small block FORD through the stainless mufflers is awesome.
