Original 218 engine rebuilt with all new parts from Roberts-pistons, bearings, cam shaft, oil pump, rings, lifters. Professionally machined and assembled. Head surfaced and complete valve job. The first owner after the restoration delivered the truck to my shop and we removed the fuel tank and hot tanked it clean. New fuel line was made. Brakes are new. Transmission was disassembled and new bearings were installed. Tires are new. All engine accessories were rebuilt including starter, generator, carb and water pump. This truck drives down the road at 50 55 mph effortlessly. This truck was a well preserved Iowa farm truck that was body. This truck was not a rusty, beat up, field find. The paint is a sanded and polished single stage urethane paint. A few scratches and some swirls now show from driving. The bed is dent free inside and out. The fenders are smooth and from underneath show little body work. Wipers, lights, heater and fuel gauge work. Gauges are bright and clear with no damage. Seatbelts and turn signals have been added for safety. Rarely do you see trucks restored to this level and detail inside the interior and exterior. Please ask any questions.
