Up for sale is our 1946 Chevy 3100 1/2 ton short box pick up truck out of my personal collection. This truck has Patina and originality to die for. I used it mainly for short drives around my local town and for advertising at my dealership. It gets smiles and looks and pictures every time I had it out. This truck fires right up every time I tried it and the 6 cyl engine runs good. The 4 speed shifts all of the gears like it should and the gauges and speedo are working. The light are working. The interior is very solid and complete . The seat looks great and supports well and the floor are very solid. The windshield cranks open and shut but you have to help it at a spot. The windows go up and down easily and the doors open and shut like they should with no sag. The body is original and very solid . I do not see any filler anywhere . I elected to leave the awesome patina and original paint / dings, etc as I love the survivor look on these and I believe in the saying that they are only original once. The tires are serviceable but are older. The brakes stop the truck. I noticed if I let it sit in my showroom without moving it that a wheel cylinder was leaking. The wood in the box is original. This is a truck you can win and use right away while you tinker with it and take it to the next level or leave it the way it is and really enjoy the survivor look. The frame and under side look good and solid. This truck comes with a clean title ready for you to register.
