Vehicle description
Started its life as a 1941 Ford 3/4 ton pickup. Was modified to 1/2 ton with 1947 Ford pickup frame and box. The official Title says 1947 Ford. Clean.
Original professionally rebuilt 1941 Ford Flathead engine with Isky 3/4 race cam, Edelbrock aluminum heads, two 2 barrel carburetors, alternator, aluminum radiator, electronic ignition. Distributor has been converted to later flathead location. Runs excellent.
Body is all steel with new tires and rims. Original steering column with turn signals, bed rail turn signal lights, Disc brakes in front, drums in back. New dual exhaust with new glass packs. Body is in excellent condition with no rust or dents. Marginal paint job.
All new wiring converted to 12 volts, all new gauges. Suspension has leaf springs with airbag assist in back, Chevy S-10 5 speed transmission, Bear Claw door latches, new interior and 1939 Ford tail lights.
