I am selling my 1939 ford wagon after 20 plus years of ownership ,I purchased from the second owner that restored it in 1975, was always a solid car. with the wood being 85% original over the 20 years I had it I did a valve job, replaced clutch. added a 6 volt alternator and a parade fan and electric fuel pump. also the rear end has been changed to a high speed rear. so it drives comfortably at 55-60
paint and interior was new 3 years ago. correct colors and leather in the interior. dk blue with tan
tires are ford script. and glass all was replaced by 2nd owner. all matching ford glass. hate to see it go. but I have moved on to some different cars and I dont use it enough
I can tell you it always brings a smile to everyones face when they see it one of only 6100 produced.
last year of suicide doors. and shifter on the floor. I st year of hydraulic brakes. and yes they were new 2 years ago. with a new carb at that time. this is a turn key car. that can be driven anywhere I also have some extra mech parts. that go with it questions? please call me.
