Vehicle Details Under construction 1939/40 Ford radical custom project that needs completion. Custom reengineered frame With T Bird IFS/IRS and Mark 8 airbag suspension complete with sensors, power steering/brakes. Coach and frame assemble as a unit body type construction. Coach is channeled and sectioned, front fenders raised, many other modifications (see "Sectioning a 1940 Coupe" Street Rodder June 1999). Powertrain: 351 Windsor short block, (removed from totaled 93 f-1250 with under 500 miles) Ford SVO aluminum heads, GT 40 lower intake with Kenne Bell twin screw supercharger and custom-built intake/by-pass system, manual T-5 transmission with SVO flywheel/clutch package. All components are brand new never fired or run. All metal work professionally done. Some metal work will be required to complete this project along with the usual steps in building a custom. Please inspect, or have this project inspected, I will be glad to answer any questions send more pictures to interested buyers. Would like this project to go to a good home for completion but may consider parting out if no buyer. Health and pending surgery makes this sale necessary.
