| “I bought this Coupe back in 2008 out of the high desert country. It is rust free and “no rust cancer”. I am the second owner. The coupe is not a trailer queen, the car’s paint still holds a shine. I bought it with 41,000 miles on the odometer, which I was told was the original mileage. It now has 47,824 miles. It runs and stops good with a flathead six and a 3 speed on the floor. The car is all original except for the rear-end gears, which I replaced with a 1941 Chrysler Windsor pumpkin, and it also has a modern up to date driveline. I still have the original rear-end pumpkin with gears and the original drive line which will go with the coupe so that way if you want to change back to the original equipment you can. The coupe has all new steel belted radial tires P215-70R16 plus a spare.” |
