Vehicle description
Full Disclosure Selling for a good friend that bought to get into the hot rod life. Upon receiving the vehicle he discovered that chopped and lowered does not suit an above average size guy comfortably. Car was bought from auction and once brought to NC, he added some power features like door poppers, windows, power trunk, top of the line Pioneer head unit, speakers, and backup camera.
Specs on the car as it sits:
Engine - 383 V8 with 400 HP 3 Speed Automatic Transmission Custom tan interior Burnt Orange outside color All steel body Chopped 4" Lowered 2" Ford 9" rear end 4-Wheel disc brakes Heidts Front clip Coy Wheels Boxed chassis New brake and fuel lines Air Conditioning Power door poppers, windows, truck Classic instrument gauges Bucket seats Power steering Pioneer head unit Car runs and drives great. I can supply a video for it
So now the bad. Personally I would replace the wheels and it would go a long way unless you like that style. This car will need a full paint job. Whoever painted prior to my buddy"s purchase did not do a professional job. Poor prep work that is showing up now. Understandably this will affect the selling price and other than that the car is solid. If my buddy liked the low riding style, he would correct the paint job, but 2 knee surgeries aren"t good for the low lifestyle.
Although I hate to say his loss is your gain, but understand this is a great 80+ year old classic that with a good paint job will retain its value for years to come and be a fun little cruiser.
I tried to include as many pics I could to show the car, but if you need more, please email and I will get whatever you need.
Thanks for looking
