For sale is this beautiful 37 four door Chrysler AirFlow Imperial. The car was originally purchased in San Bernardino CA. It had one other loving owner, always garaged, before being purchased by the master builders at Elco Welding. Here it has received a thorough going-over, restoring it to it"s original, daily, freeway driven status. The car has mostly original paint. The interior is original with a recovered front seat bottom. Everything in the entire car has been checked and works properly with the single exception of the water temperature gauge. A Stewart Warner guage is installed in the glove box. The car runs cool with a clean radiator and new hoses. The engine runs strong, the fuel tank was cleaned and the carb rebuilt. The transmission shifts smoothly and the overdrive works properly. The brakes were rebuilt. It has a new wiring loom with a 12 volt alternator and new halogen headlights. There are rare Goodyear Diamond tires mounted, in excellent shape. Bob and Ben at the shop have have put several hundred trouble free miles on the car since rehabbing it, it"s a smooth running, excellent handling and stopping example of a iconic design.
