Vehicle description

Citroën. Available is an Estate Vehicle fresh from 44 years of storage. Owner brought car to US in 1976; He may have owned prior to that year, as he had a home in France. A neat car, 40 years ahead of its time- a 4 cylinder, FWD car. A very solid car, the only perforation rust that I can note, is under the LH front fender stone guard. Regards needed body work, both front fenders have minor damage to their front corners. The Hood, Rear Fenders, Doors, Deck Lid, & Roof are all good solid surfaces. The undercarriage has the expected surface rust, but again, no perforation rust that I notice. Car has Marchal Lights; all appear good, except the RH taillight, which has the plastic housing broken. Michelin 165-400 tires appear to have had little use; all tires are holding air. Car rolls & steers. All glass is good. All door latches & window regulators work. Windshield tilts out. Bumper chrome is still decent. Now, the most surprising detail; the original upholstery & door panels are still in good condition, though needing a cleaning. Even the headliner is servicable, w/ just a few small holes. All-in-all, a very neat piece of motoring history, with classic 1930"s styling. Feel free to call w/ questions 717 449 9583 I am located 50 miles north of Baltimore. scott naylor Note; These cars were made from 1934 to 1957 with a gap during the war of, I think, 7 years. During this span, the cars didn"t change much, except in some details. An ebayer has offered his opinion that this car actually dates to about 1953. Again, the title says 1936, but perhaps it is not accurate. Pictures were just taken; Date stamp is off.
