Vehicle description
1936 Ford Cabriolet - One of the finest surviving cars of this era. The year 36 brought a new design in aerodynamics to the Ford line up. Only 14,068 Cabriolets were manufactured. Very few of these cars exist today. This car is ALL STEEL. It was restored in 1986 just prior to be shown at Dearborn in 1987 where it received a First Place Award in its class. I purchased the car in 2011, with the title coming from Arizona. It has been driven to many local shows and was resubmitted to the AACA for judging and again took a first Senior in 2016. The car has also been judged by the V8 Club and took a First Place Award in Concours in its class just this year. The car is Washington Blue with a Tacoma Cream Stripe. It is correct in every detail . La Baron Bonnie Top and Leather Interior. Optional Banjo Steering Wheel, Beauty Rings, and Dual White Side Wall Tires, (600 x 16.6 Firestones) and Stainless Steel Running Board Trim. The engine is a stock LB Flat Head 85-HP. Correct Dash with Dual gauges. Safety features are 1) Turn Signals, 2) Hydraulic Brakes, and an Electric Back Up Fuel Pump. RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT
