Well my dad built another car. And this time it was just lightly bigger than what he normally builds. He found this online is Pasa Robles California in April 2019 and finally last month after NEW interior and 1300 miles of break in time it is ready for a new owner. I can talk all day long, but after looking at the large pictures below they will tell you most of the story. He had the body off the frame and replaced all rust with New Metal. Car is located in RENO Nevada. If you are serious about buying it I can share his cell for those who want to find out more details. See over 80 pictures Below. He does have some of the cars original parts . NO drive train. It was a straight 8 car. See his small BIO below. Yes he will ship worldwide. The car is a few hours from Oakland California.
Frame off restoration Rat Rod build. 2006 5.3 LS engine with matching 4160E transmission (110k miles on engine and transmission). Mustang II front suspension with disc brakes and power rack and pinion steering. Ford Explorer Positrac rear end with disc brakes and triangulated four bar suspension 4 wheel air ride. Aluminum radiator with automatic fan (never overheats). Vintage air under dash. A/C and heat unit. Works fantastic . 4 speaker AM/FM radio in glove compartment. Brass trim gauges. Lokar shifter. New torque thrust 20” wheels and tires. New interior. Tilt steering column. Power windows (both door windows are cracked from slamming doors before I adjusted door latching. I have New glass to fix that currently ). New stand alone wire harness for the LS engine and transmission. All rust removed and repaired. Body work done. Car would need complete resanding and blocking to be ready for paint or not. I rushed to get a colored sealer on car for cruise season and didn’t prep it well enough. Sealer is cracking and lifting in areas. It was never my intention to paint it glossy but it could be after sanding. there are the original Horns that go with it. Car runs excellent and is fun to drive. 1300 miles on build and going up as I drive it often. $27,000 in receipts plus more I paid in cash . I have all build photos, start to finish, and all receipts and documents for the car. Add some paint and more chrome for show car or drive as is.
