Built by ASC and the professionals at American Speed, this is a fine example of today’s custom Hotrod work with the styling of the golden years of hot rodding in a 1932 titled all steel roadster. Featuring a one of one full rumble seat conversion, this roadster has miles to prove its reliability as well as car show Pedegree. The all steel construction has been protected inside and out with full electrocoating protection through dipping prior to its professional grade satin black exterior painting. The interior received similar top-notch treatment by using. Correct brown leather throughout the main cockpit as well as trunk area. Crafted by upholstery experts with a claimed show results, this vehicle was built to drive not be trailered. Powered by a 350 V8 engine, fed by a four barrel Quadrajet carburetor, putting the power through a Tremec TKO 600 five speed manual transmission and out to the wheels via a Ford 9 inch rear axle. Regularly driven both on the streets and highways, this powertrain is as reliable as it is powerful with the ability to get the all steel vehicle up and sprinting. The vehicle features numerous custom features including remote oil filter, custom full instrumentation package with Pinstriping by none other than Von Hot Rod on classic instrument gauges. Equipped with a full vintage air air-conditioning system with heat and frost, power windows, concealed folding convertible top with optional rear zip out window, this vehicle is built for all seasons. With styling remarked as “nailed” by 1932 roadster specialist Bruce Meyer, the subtle satin black finish is highlighted by powder coated cream steel wheels with two color hand done pinstripe accent lines. Featuring deluxe center caps each wheel runs on today’s grade of radial tire for comfort and safety, while retaining the looks of the originals.
