Hello, up for auction is a Gazelle Kit Car built on a Ford Pinto chassis . History of this car, this was bought at an auction by my father about 22 years ago and was in near mint condition . I was storing it in my garage but need the room so I gave it back to him and it was stored in his garage till his wife made him move it outside. It was under cover but after many years the interior needed replaced. He was no longer interested in it and gave it to me about 2 years ago. Since then it has been stored inside I then got on the net and found a place that sales parts for these but I ended up buying a almost complete VW Gazelle Kit to fix the interior and have spare parts. This kit had the carpet and the seats , but the seat cover on one a mouse got into along with some of the foam on both seats. There are lots of spare parts from the other kit car including all 4 fenders. I did not buy the VW Chassis or the main body. The car ran and drove 6 months ago and when I went to start it a couple of days ago the battery was weak and turned over very slow I will be going over there and get it started later this week. I did find a good solution for the seats and that would be a tractor seat . I found one that would work at the local Orscheln Farm Supply for $150 per seat adjustable with mount hardware already installed.
