I HAVE ADDED REQUESTED PHOTOS. I am not able to add any additional photos. If you need anything else I am not sure how to get them posted. I have a lot of additional parts that are included with the car, including a spare trans, and piles of small parts. ———————————————— 1928 Studebaker Dictator Coupe
Original 242 straight 6 one off exhaust home build log style intake 2 rebuilt Holley 94 carbs 6v 3 speed trans open drive shaft w/original rear end new Firestone tires/tubes/liners wood wheels are in great shape seat was just recovered in a gray tweed car is rewired
The car started off its life the green that the majority of the body is currently painted. The previous owner started to paint the car about 40 years ago. He got as far as the body and doors. He didn"t get to the cowl or hood. It sat for close to 40 years before I was able to get my hands on it last year.
The car has no rust, the wood is almost perfect. No rust/wood repair is needed on any body panel.
This car is a hop in and go reliable fun car to drive. Go 45-50 all day long without worry. The mechanical brakes stop the car just as well as any 4 wheel drum car I have driven.
This car gets a lot of attention anywhere I take it. People are all over the car trying to figure out what it is.
I bought this car to take out to TROG in Wildwood New Jersey in 2018. I took it out there and am now looking for a project to get on the beach and race with.
Car is currently registered and insured in my name.
