Vehicle Details For Sale is a 1923 Studebaker Light Six touring car. This car came into my shop several years ago and was not running. Several things were done to try and start which included rebuilt carburetor, rebuilt distributor, Spark plugs, wires, etc. The engine was found to have low compression so it was decided to rebuild the engine. The engine was pulled and sent of for a professional rebuild. Because of trouble with locating parts and lock downs it was at the engine builder for several years. During that time the owner has suffered major health problems and needs the car sold. I just got the engine back and have temporarily installed it so it can be shipped. There is still work to do to get this car up and running which will include some of the following; clutch installed, exhaust and intake manifold installed, water pump, distributor, generator, etc. The car is quite complete and a good solid project. Brand new tires were installed but has been several years ago. Interior is in usable condition but will need and new top installed installed. this will need to have some wiring done, possibly a new harness. I will do some assembly so this will be able to be shipped, the rest of the parts will be boxed and secure inside the car. I have detail pictures of the engine compartment before it was removed. Also comes with a Studebaker shop manual. Please email with any questions. I am open to offers. I just paid the machine shop $4250.00 for the engine rebuild.
