Vehicle Details You are bidding on a 2005 Honda Accord EX. It has 115,199 miles and runs well. It has a 2.4 liter, four cylinder engine, with automatic transmission. The air conditioning blows COLD! It has anti-lock brakes, side airbags, side curtain airbags, and driver and passenger side airbags. The original owner's manual is included. It has a clear Louisiana title. The car was smoked in regularly during its lifetime. The car is for sale, as-is with NO warranties beyond the truth of what is stated in this listing.This is for sale by the original owner, purchased in February 2005. The body has taken its share of dings over the years, but is generally in fair condition. The black cloth interior has obvious wear over 16 years, but is generally intact (see photos). The front windshield is cracked (see photos). The alternator was replaced about a year ago (no receipts or paperwork available for this maintenance). The "door" or the center console came off, though all of the components beneath the door are in place (see photo). I did my best to show the body imperfections. Additional photos available upon request. All four of the tires were replaced a year ago, and have a 60,000 mile warranty (less than 3,000 miles driven since then. .receipt available). The rear disc brake pads were replaced in December 2020 and the rotors were turned, driven fewer than 300 miles since then (receipt available), with a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty from 12/18/20 (paperwork available). There are NO check engine warnings.The mechanic who replaced the brake pads inspected the car and made the following recommendations in the coming year or two (this maintenance was suggested, NOT performed):There are 3mm remaining on the front brake pads; recommended replacing the front brake pads and rotors. Replace both front lower control arms then align.Replace accessory drive belt.Replace the steering rack and inner tie rods then align.Complete oil and filter service. If you are familiar with Honda, you know you have to "shoot them to kill them" and this car barely crossed the 100,000 mile plateau. We transported our children in the car from birth to age four (hence the wear from crumbs and food in the back seat photos) and the car still runs just fine. We simply wanted a car with newer bells and whistles and a bit more space.PLEASE ASK any questions BEFORE bidding, but BID WITH CONFIDENCE!
