2015 Maserati Ghibli S Q4 100th Anniversary Neiman Marcus Limited Edition 1 OF 100
Hi folks! I"m Dustin - a private seller in Saint Petersburg, FL - and you"re looking at my VERY RARE (1 of 100 produced, globally) Maserati Ghibli 100th Anniversary Special Limited Neiman Marcus Edition S Q4 Sedan. Wow, that was a mouthful - haha! With a sticker price of over $120K when new, this Maserati is nothing less than a showstopper. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ If you"re interested in researching this model, Neiman Marcus actually advertised it as their "Fantasy Car" for 2015 and featured it in their annual Christmas catalog. Here"s the link for it. . https:/ www.neimanmarcus.com/ christmasbook/fantasy.jsp?cid=CBF14_H7M40&cidShots=a,b,m,c,e,z&r=cat24050744&rdesc=The%20Christmas%20Book&rparams=xpage%3D58&icid=pdp_cb14maserati_fb And this is the link to Maserati"s advertisement on it. . https:/ dealers.maserati.com/dealers/us/en/bobmoore/index/maserati/news-event/2015/02/100th-Anniversary-Neiman-Marcus-Limited-Edition-Maserati-Ghibli-S-Q4.html _ _ _ _ _ _ _ What you need to know about it: - It comes stock with a twin-turbo, Ferrari-designed engine; and since it"s the SQ4 model, it"s all-wheel-drive. It produces just over 400hp when you put it in "sport" mode, which adjusts the air/fuel ratios and opens the exhaust dampers. And trust me, you"ve never heard a sweeter sounding exhaust. . it"s one of the primary reasons I bought the car. - You can read all about the upgrades the100th Anniversary Neiman Marcus edition comes with (in the links I posted above) but to summarize, it has the forged 20" wheels; premium headliner ($3K option); the Bowers and Wilkins sound system (very rare); the Italian leather "peanut butter" seats with the contrast embroidered headrests; front & rear heated seats; heated steering wheel; rain-sensing wipers; power rear sunshade; auto-dimming headlights; Maserati emblem accent lighting in all 4 doors; and so much more. - It"s basically flawless, both mechanically and cosmetically. I just took it to Forza Tuning & Performance (in Clearwater, FL) two-weeks ago and had the oil changed, all the air filters replaced, and had all 4 wheels re-CNC cut and powder- coated in black, and did the same for the rotors. I paid right at $2000 for this work. The owner of Forza (Brenton) mentioned that any prospective buyer is welcome to call him for a pre-sales chat about the car. He"ll also be glad to provide you an unbiased sales inspection. Here"s his website for more info. . https:/ www.forzatuned.com/ - Six months ago I had the rotors and brakes replaced for all 4 wheels - over $2000 in work. The month before that, I had the steering wheel, center console lids, and all the woodgrain replaced under warranty. . over $5K worth of work. Side note: the replacement woodgrain had to be custom made (by hand) in Italy by Maserati. It took them 3 months to complete it and ship it over. - I"m technically the 2nd owner of this vehicle. I bought it in March 2018 from an exotic car dealership in Jacksonville, FL. It had roughly17K miles when I purchased it and I"ve put a little over 9K miles on it in the 17 months I"ve owned it. It currently has just over 26K miles. - I purchased this vehicle with a "buyback title". It"s originally a California vehicle and it"s my understanding the 1st owner had a problem with the engine running lean, so it kept throwing a "check engine" code. Although the ECU was advanced enough to resolve the issue electronically, Maserati couldn"t figure it out how to get the code to disappear so they agreed to "buy it back" under California law, which also required them to fix the issue and honor the repair under warranty before reselling it. - When I bought the vehicle, it threw the "engine running lean" code again so I called Maserati North America and they had it transported to one of their primary tech centers in Charlotte, NC. Then they actually flew Maserati engineering specialists to that tech center and they kept it for a month to run tests, diagnose it, and fix ANY AND EVERY issue. Their goal was to return the car to brand new condition. . their words, not mine. Before it was over, they replaced the entire fuel delivery system from front-to-back. . over $15K worth of expert diagnosis, parts, and labor. - Since having that work completed, I have NEVER ( I repeat. . NEVER) had one single issue with it, and the service records will confirm that. It drives and performs like an absolute dream! It"s throaty, responsive, and has been such a great business/weekend vehicle for me! It"s been inspected multiple times by three different Maserati Dealerships (Greenville, SC Charlotte, NC St. Pete, FL) as well as Forza Turning & Performance. It"s always checked out perfectly, each and every time. All maintenance records are available for your review. It is STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY until September 2019. - Truthfully, I love this car and I"d really prefer not to sell it, but I just don"t have a need for it anymore. I just moved to St. Pete, transitioned into a home-based consulting position, and this car just sits in the garage on a daily basis. Plus, I just bought a Jeep Gladiator two months ago so I"m pretty much driving that everywhere I go right now; the Maserati might get taken out once a week - if that. Thus, there"s really no need for me to keep it. - I have the Maserati financed through Ally Financial, so they"re holding the title. I have no problem verifying that information. _ _ _ _ _ _ FYI: As I mentioned, only 100 of these were produced globally. I looked around last month and I did find one of these for sale in the USA. . it was advertised in the Dupont Registry and they were asking $44K for it. Ironically, it had 26K miles on it too, but it doesn"t have the brand new CNC"d rims, nor has it been maintained the way mine has. On that note, prior to purchase, I actually ENCOURAGE YOU to have this vehicle inspected by Maserati. If you"re an out-of-state buyer, I"ll be happy to drop the car off at my local Maserati Dealership and you are welcome to pay them for an inspection. They"ll tell you the same thing I"m telling you. . and that Brenton from Forza will tell you if you call him, or request an inspection from him. . this is a SOLID car. The one (and only) thing it will need in the near future are a new set of tires. . the current ones might have 4-5K miles left on them.
