For your Consideration. . This is a one family owned since new 1922 Model T (Doctors) Coupe. Original paint and original 1922 license plate. I purchased it as I loved the story and I felt compelled to show my youngest boys the basic history of automobiles in the beginnings. It is very very straight with only one or two small cracks in the rear fender. It did not run as it was stored for roughly 50 years give or take. I was lucky enough to have a friend whos father, in his 80"s, loves tinkering with OLD cars. Well, I wanted it to run, and now it does. New coil packs, Battery, new rebuilt original starter (yes it still has the hand crank start as well if you are a glutten for punishment), new valves, head gasket, carb gone through, tank removed, Front seat re upholstered (had some furry little visitors hiding in the bottom) yet leaving the rest of the interior as original and surpisingly good original condition as is the roof and floors. several other small items replaced or reconditioned. Here i am, $3,000 for the car and $1,600 in parts and labor and she starts and runs. It still needs new tubes in the tires, but this is as far as I"m going to take her and not ample room in the hanger for her. I"m willing to accept reasonable offers or trades. Though I may end up losing money in the end, it was worth the ride and cherish the time I had showing automobile history to the next generation.
