Vehicle description
One Private Owner since New. Pristine 2002 Thunderbird Premium. Driven Locally only and part of a private Ford Collection. 19,016.9 miles as of typing this (10/06/2020). Every option Ford offered. In same spot in the same garage as seen in photos since delivered on 06/14/2002.
Red/Black Leather interior. All service records and original Dealer/Ford Documents and receipts, owners manuals, hardtop removal tool, accessories and instructional guides. no interior rips or tears, leather always maintained and conditioned regularly. Serviced locally by mechanics who Ford Dealers would love to employ. Same mechanics have maintained all of owner’s Personal Ford collection including (at one point in time) 12 classic Mustangs, original 67 Shelby GT350, 56 and 57 T-Birds, 1940 Ford Sedan, etc etc. Always garaged/climate controlled/and covered. Only Driven locally to the post office and church and some parades and other various local events and occasions. Putchased new on 06/14/2002 from Capital Ford in Raleigh, NC. Delivered to its home in GA where the above photos show it sitting today. Has Both original Keys with Remote controlled key Fobs. There is not an option Ford offered that this vehicle doesn’t have. literally have paperwork showing all boxes checked. Michelin Pilot Tires. Smells like new, looks like new, and rides and drives like brand new. Car has been babied and meticulously maintained. Even have a hand written record with date and time of every gas fillup. in the same garage on the same side of this garage where it has been since the day it was delivered new. Never been to car shows, never driven in the rain except for a few unexpected times and those can be counted on one hand. Sits under a cover along with a 1956 and 1957 T-Bird. It was driven enough to enjoy and still maintain every bit of it original glory and beauty. Think it is time for someone else to enjoy this dream or just enjoy an almost 20 year old but brand new pristine vehicle. I have the new Ford Bronco ordered to fill it’s place in the garage so one of my handful of Fords has to go. I have priced it to sell fast because otherwise I might change my mind. I Hope someone will enjoy it and that is worth more to me than money. Any questions please ask. I am more than happy to answer as best as I possibly can. thanks.
3.9L V8 as it came from Ford. New battery about a year or so ago. Spare tire and tools have never been touched. Also comes with a stand for the removable Hardtop and the tool (in photos) required to remove it.
purchased new and driven locally to the post office, Church, other various personal occasions. part of a small personal Classic Ford vehicle collection. My Grandfather is the only registered owner and the only person besides myself who has ever driven it. I now own the car but have not driven it but a couple hundred miles. In an effort to be as transparent as possible I felt that I needed to explain this. I have the title and it has been legally gifted to me just never registered because I wanted it to remain a “One-Owner” which is exactly what it is. That owner just happened to pass away recently and his Grandson (me the seller) now legally owns the vehicle and I have the title in hand. Any questions please feel free to ask.
