1963 Kencraft 22’ Camper Trailer
Unadulterated and original trailer that has been beautifully and professionally restored to it"s mid-century modern condition. This little canned ham is the perfect lightweight towing size, at 22’ length (top to tail, including the tow hitch) and a light, 3500 lbs. Excellent condition and road ready! Or the floor plan makes for an ideal back yard live-in casita. Compact but spacious open interior with everything you want but is hard to find: Large wrap around windows, high ceilings, a permanent full size bed, a true stand up shower and lots of storage. One of the best original features of this model is that it has a fiberglass roof, which is superior to metal roofs and doesn"t leak. We restore trailers and did everything on this trailer, for our own use. We have enjoyed it for a short time and now it’s ready for you. Here’s what you’ll find:
THROUGHOUT:
•Brand new unused flooring- period style composite tile floor in nude/blush, cream and white
•Propane heat
•Working A/C blows cold
•Fresh white wall paint •All electrical checked and replaced along with period correct light fixtures if needed
•All plumbing checked it replaced
•Two working propane tanks
•All holding tanks (grey and black water) and fresh water tank in good condition
•New two-tone automotive paint job
•Powder-coated wheels with new barely tires •Axel is solid
• original nude/blush Formica
